The Chewy Hoo was developed for the Head Start system, but can also be used with different rigging methods.
Features an internal rigging tunnel from the mouth to the anal fin, allowing anglers to rig it as a real baitfish. The one-piece plastic moulded eye can be popped out for easy rigging on the Head Start. Holes in the nose also allow for wire rigging or rubber bands, it can also be used as a teaser.
